Do I need a credit card to try GLIDR?

No. We wanted to make it as easy as possible to get started. All you need to sign up is your email address to get a full-featured two week free trial.

What happens at the end of the trial?

That depends. If you like GLIDR, you can enter your credit card info to continue using GLIDR. If not, your account will become inactive and you will no longer be able to access your account. Everything you've added so far will be kept in case you want to join us again in the future.

My trial ended already - can I rejoin later?

Sure! When you next log in, you'll be prompted to enter your card details. Once your payment has gone through, you can carry on where you left off.

How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept all major credit cards. You can enter this under the Billing option on your Account Menu. GLIDR Enterprise customers should contact sales@glidr.io for more information on payment methods.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. GLIDR is available with an 18% discount off the monthly rate if you pay annually.

Can I pause my subscription?

Of course! Contact us at support@glidr.io to let us know you'd like to pause your subscription. Your account will become inactive on your next billing date, and you won't be charged again until you resume your subscription. Everything you've added so far will be kept until you're ready to return.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Contact us at support@glidr.io to let us know you'd like to cancel your subscription. Your account will become inactive on your next billing date, however you're free to re-start your subscription whenever you're ready.
