For Enterprise and Business tiers, the Portfolio Dashboard helps decision-makers throughout the organization understand the breadth of their Portfolio, track the progress of all projects, and better align investments to growth strategies.

To locate the Portfolio Dashboard Overview, navigate to the three-lined icon located at the top left corner and select Portfolio from the dropdown menu.

The Portfolio Dashboard aggregates all of the projects (active, backlogged and archived in all stages of development) that exist within your organization.

Portfolio Metrics

Initial metrics include Total Market, SAM, TAM, and Total Investments. Sort and rearrange by preferred order any time by selecting and dragging the top of the columns.

Use Columns to include or exclude displayed Portfolio metrics such as Investment to Date, Evidence, Hypotheses, Validated/ Invalidated Hypotheses, Experiments, Collections, and additional Project Details.

Refine Your View with Filters

Along with Columns, Filters allow for the search and display of specific project details such as Project Labels, Organization, State, Program Manager, and Program Reference Code.

Search by Collections, Projects, and Creation Dates

Evaluate the progress of a collection as a whole as well as compare collections and projects to one another and their create dates. Make sure to select Reset to return the list to the entirety of the projects.

  • Display and track the quantity of data across projects.

  • Synthesize projects and investments across innovation horizons or other strategic containers to ensure they align to greater strategic and growth objectives.

  • Determine the quantity of Evidence and timeframe required for teams to validate or invalidate their ideas in order to determine their velocity and validity compared to a collection or the entire Portfolio.

Find out more about Exporting and viewing your Collections on the Portfolio Dashboard.
