Who can use this feature? Org Owners/ Admins for all tiers
If you're experiencing an issue and need a little extra help, now you can grant temporary permission to GLIDR Customer Support to access your organization and take a closer look! When you're ready for us to troubleshoot, reach out through the purple chat icon at the bottom of the screen.

To enable this feature, navigate to Organization Menu > Org Name > Organization Settings. Once in Organization Settings, click the red toggle. When the toggle turns purple, indicating the feature has been enabled, GLIDR Customer Support can now access your organization. Once the issue has been resolved, you can return to this page to deactivate and rescind permission.
