Updated this week

You can connect your GLIDR project to Slack to make it more powerful than ever! For our Slack users, you can track updates like:

  • New cards (Ideas, Evidence, Experiments, Research, and Posts)

  • Updates to cards (validations, invalidations, files added, new members phase changes, and so on)

  • Comments and @Mentions

All GLIDR Project updates are chronologically ordered and grouped by date in a Slack channel of your choosing. You can have messages from multiple Projects sent to the same channel, or you can send the messages from each Project to a different channel. Updates are searchable in Slack and contain links to the corresponding card on GLIDR as well as a link to the Project.

Set up Slack

First, navigate to Integrations in your Project Settings. You can also find the Integrations menu under your Account Menu.

You'll be prompted to add GLIDR to Slack.

Next, you can choose which channel to push Slack updates to. This can be a new channel you create in Slack just for GLIDR updates, or an existing channel.

Finally, you'll be able to customize your GLIDR and Slack integration settings, such as enabling and disabling the integration, changing the Slack channel, and removing the integration.

It's now time to collaborate with your teammates using GLIDR and Slack! Updates will now appear in the channel of your choosing, where you can click on the Project name or update details to be taken straight into GLIDR.
