Exporting Data in PDF: Step-by-Step

Download your Ideas, Evidence, Experiments, Project Dashboard, and Portfolio Dashboard in PDF format

You can export and download individual Ideas, Experiments, Evidence, Project Dashboard, and Portfolio Dashboard in PDF format.ย

Export Ideas

Open the Idea you'd like to export. In the upper left-hand corner, you'll find the Export icon.

To include connected Evidence, click Include full Evidence note.

Your Idea, with its related Evidence will be displayed as a PDF for you to download.

Export Experiments

Click on the Experiment you'd like to export. In the left hand area of the upper navigation bar, click the Export icon. Next, check the box to Include Full Evidence Note with your export if you'd like to attach any connected data.

Your Experiment will be downloaded to your device as a PDF. As an example, an export of an Experiment in the Analyze phase will look like this:

Export Evidence

First, click into the piece of Evidence you'd like to export. Next, in the left area of the upper navigation bar, click the Export icon and select Export PDF.

Your Evidence will be downloaded to your device as a PDF. As an example, an export of an Interview will look like this:

Export Project Dashboard

When exporting the Project Dashboard, you can select all or specific sections of the Dashboard, then click Export.

Exporting Portfolio Dashboard

Choose from any configuration of collections, projects, creation time frames, project filters, and which data columns to include your PDF export. For display purposes, select your top 6 most important columns per export.
