You can add contact information for every person associated with your Evidence so that repeat interviews and data are connected to the same customers.
To add a contact, click into (or create) an Evidence card. Click ADD PERSON and enter your contact's details. Click SUBMIT to save.
To view all customer profiles, click CUSTOMERS in the Evidence view (or click HOME in the left side menu and click the CUSTOMERS tab).
Here, search your contacts by any attribute (like name or email), view all associated Evidence cards below the contact information, and update their information. This will be updated for all associated Evidence cards.
