5 Steps to Set Up Your Cohort | Launchpad on GLIDR

Welcome to Launchpad on GLIDR.

LaunchPad on GLIDR puts customer discovery and hypothesis validation at the center of your academic program. LaunchPad on GLIDR gives your students tools to test their Ideas through Customer Research & Experiments, and connect Evidence, while giving you a real-time overview of their progress.

Here are five steps to help you get started.

Manage your Cohort Settings

Select your Cohort from the Side Bar and click on the icon located to the right of the Cohort's Name. This will take you to the Cohort Settings page.

Here, you can change your Cohort Name, change you Start/End Dates, and choose which weekday resets your Cohort Week.

Create New Teams

Click on the Teams tab to the right to add your cohort teams. Type in your Team Name and click Add Team.

Manage Your Memberships

In the Memberships tab, you can invite instructors and team members to join your cohort.

Click on the + button next to Instructors or the Team Name, enter the Email Address you want to use for the invite, select the Permission you'd like to give, and click the Add Invite button. We recommend that you add your Instructors at the Instructor permissions level and your students as Team Admins in their assigned Teams.

To view Pending Invitations, scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Show All Details to view the invitee's team, permission level, and when the invitation was sent.

You can also click Show All Team Members right below the Teams title to unhide the members of all the teams.

Add Resources

The last step is adding resources to the Resources tab. Here, you can add a syllabus, videos, or other documents that will help guide your cohort participants.

Select a Canvas

The Business Model Canvas is the default template when first creating your Cohort Teams. If you would like to use a different canvas, LaunchPad on GLIDR also offers Lean, and Mission Model Canvas.

To select a different Canvas Template for a Team, navigate to the Team Settings icon at the top left of your screen and select Settings.

On the Settings page, click the Canvas tab and select the canvas template you would like to assign to your team or upload your own template.
