Welcome to Launchpad on GLIDR.

LaunchPad on GLIDR puts customer discovery and hypothesis validation at the center of your academic program. LaunchPad on GLIDR gives your students tools to test their Ideas through Customer Research & Experiments, and connect Evidence, while giving you a real-time overview of their progress.

Here are some frequently asked questions.

How do I re-invite a student?

Locate the Wheel Icon to the right of the Cohort Title at the top right of your screen. Click on the icon and select Membership.

At the bottom of the Membership page, you will see all Pending Invitations for your Cohort. Click the Re-Invite button next to the email you would like to re-invite, and an email will be sent to the team member/student.

How do I help someone reset their password?

Any participant that goes to, can select "forgot password" to reset their password details.

How do I remove a student no longer in the class?

Locate the Three Bars Icon at the top left of your screen. Click on the icon, then click on the Organization Name, and select Team Management.

On the Team Management page, scroll through the list of names or click in the Search Bar and type in the individual's name you wish to disable. Click on the Permission Level to the right of the user's name and select Disabled.

How do I remove a team?

Organization Owners and Cohort Admins can archive a team to remove it from the Leaderboard.

Click on the Cohort Settings icon next to the Cohort Name located at the top left of the screen and select Teams.

On the Teams tab, you can hover over a team name and select the Archive Team icon. This will hide the team from the cohort's Leaderboard.

If you would like to view Archived teams on your Leaderboard, you can select Show Archived Teams at the bottom left of your screen.

It is important to note that Hypotheses and Evidence added to the archived team will still be included in the Leaderboard's total metrics.

A participant or instructor would like to use another email address for LPG. How can they do this?

You can update/change your email address under your Account Settings.

Click on your Profile Icon at the top right of your screen and then click on Profile and Account Settings.

Select the Account Settings tab, and then click the Change button.

Enter your Current Password and the new email address in the New Email Address and Re-Enter Email Address fields. Then, click the Update button.

How do I export my Canvas for my weekly presentation?
