Remove a Cohort Member

We understand that sometimes team members drop during the class or program. There are a few different options for removing them from your cohort or a specific team.

If you are an Organization Owner, locate the Three Bars Icon at the top left of your screen. Click on the icon, then click on the Organization Name, and select Team Management.

On the Team Management page, scroll through the list of names or click in the Search Bar and type in the individual's name you wish to disable. Click on the Permission Level to the right of the user's name and select Disabled.

As a Cohort Admin, you can also remove the user from a specific team. Click on the Cohort Settings icon located at the top of the page next to the Cohort Name and select the Membership tab.

Scroll down to the user's Team and hover over the user's Email Address. Click on the Red X to the right of the email. You will see a pop-up window asking your to confirm that you would like to remove the user. Confirm by clicking Remove Member.
