Once Customer Interviews have been added, they can be connected to Hypotheses, or vice-versa. Additionally, hypotheses can also be connected to each other.
Clicking on the Connections tab will show you any existing connections between the Interviews, and you can also add or edit connections to Hypotheses.
After adding a Hypothesis Connection to your Customer Interview, don't forget to rate your Evidence by assigning it a Trending Score (from Disconfirming to Confirming). This will start to indicate how your Ideas are performing, ultimately allowing you to validate or invalidate your Ideas, which may even result in a pivot.
