This article is for the Cohort Admin permission.

Before using the generation feature in LaunchPad on GLIDR, make sure that the teaching staff has added the Project Description to the Team tab within Cohort Settings. The description should be about 2-4 sentences (a minimum of 100 characters) and should address the following if possible:

  • What problem are you solving?

  • What is the solution to the problem?

  • What products or services does the business offer?

  • Who are your customers?

Navigate to the wheel icon located at the top right of the cohort name. Click on the icon and select Teams.

Under the Teams tab, add the team name, then click ADD TEAM. Once the name appears in the teams list, select See Description under the team name to open the text field and add the Project Description. Next, click the grey lightning icon.

From the pop-up menu, confirm the project description looks correct and then click Generate. Note: a yellow icon will appear next to the team name as it is generating. The icon will appear green once the project generation is complete.

Effortlessly, GLIDR AI will generate a first draft of a team canvas.

Also included is the Project Dashboard with a Project Summary, Market Analysis, Ecosystem Map, a space for Investment notes, additional project details, and Team information.

Within the Evidence tab, starting Interview Guides have also been generated to be used as outlines for Customer Interviews.

Note for Instructors and Admins: An Interview Guide is not to be used in place of actual Customer Discovery Interviews and can not be edited and used as a Customer Interview. An Interview must be added as Evidence Interview from the Big Red + button in order for it to be counted on the Leaderboard.

You can also generate multiple team projects at the same time.
