LaunchPad on GLIDR puts customer feedback, discovery and validation at the center of your project. LaunchPad on GLIDR gives you the lean tools to test your Ideas through Customer Interviews, and connect validated Hypotheses, while giving you a real-time overview of your progress.

Start Adding Hypotheses

It's easy to start filling out the canvas. Navigate to any of the + buttons to begin adding Hypotheses - the assumptions you're making related to each of the canvas sections.

Keep it brief! There's a 100 character limit, but you can click on the Hypotheses to add more detail and expand on their thoughts.

Add Customer Interviews

You will be gathering evidence that will ultimately help validate or invalidate your Hypotheses. This can be in the form of customer discovery interviews or one of various other tests.

By navigating to the + red button at the top right of your canvas, you can begin adding Customer Interviews by selecting Interview from the drop down menu.

The Activity tab is also where you will see other Customer Interviews that have already been added by team members. If you wish to view only Customer Interviews in your activity feed, select Evidence from the card type filter. Click Clear or unselect Evidence to return to viewing all activity.

In the same way as adding an Hypothesis, the Summary section provides a space to enter a customer discovery interview transcript and any other relevant information relevant to the evidence.

Once Customer Interviews have been added, it can be connected to Hypotheses, or vice-versa. The Connections tab will show you any existing connections between the Interviews, and you can also add or edit connections to Hypotheses.

Don't forget to rate your Evidence by assigning it a Trending Score (from Disconfirming to Confirming). This will start to indicate how your Ideas are performing, ultimately allowing you to validate or invalidate your Ideas, which may even result in a pivot.

Adding Mentor and Instructor Meetings

Meetings or Interviews with Mentors and Instructors can be added by navigating to the + red button at the top right of your canvas, selecting Meeting from the dropdown menu, then choosing Mentor or Instructor from the option page.

Any interviews or meetings held with Mentors or Instructors can be viewed in the Activity tab by selecting Mentor Meetings and/or Instructor Meetings.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard is where you view your current and total progression scores.

Presentations

The Presentations tab is where you can upload your presentation deck under the corresponding presentation date. You can also add comments to a cohort team's presentation.
