Overview

The Index of Questions and Methods helps you match the problem you're trying to solve, or the idea you are trying to validate, to the right process for finding a solution.

The index is ordered by what you’re trying to learn. There are 4 sections, organized around which aspect of your business you need to explore (market or product) and what is the right approach to explore it (research or experiment). When you're trying to figure out something about your business, you should:

  1. Use the index to view relevant research or experiment methods.

  2. Choose a method that works for your situation and resources.

  3. Use the two Discovery Activities in GLIDR -- Research & Experiments -- to keep track of the process of using one of these methods.

As you read the corresponding article for each method, you'll figure out which one is the best fit for your objective, learn exactly how to conduct that method, and even find out common pitfalls or risks.
