As a Limited Contributor, you serve as a key data source for your organization. If you're part of Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing teams, you can provide insights through support tickets, sales call notes, or experimental results.

Upon starting with GLIDR, you'll encounter the Idea Canvas — your team's roadmap featuring Ideas about product features, problems to solve, or customer segments. While you cannot add or edit Ideas as a Limited Contributor, you can examine them in detail, add comments, and @mention teammates.
Add Some Evidence
Click the red + button in the top right corner to submit Evidence such as customer call notes, NPS results, or feedback. Two relevant Evidence types exist: Interview (capturing speaker information) or Other (general feedback).

Set Up The Chrome Extension
Download the Google Chrome Extension to streamline data entry. Highlight content in Chrome and forward it to GLIDR as Evidence from web-based applications including emails, surveys, articles, blogs, and whitepapers.
Connect and Rate Evidence

After adding Evidence, connect it to existing Ideas and rate its support strength. GLIDR AI can also generate connection suggestions.
