Ordering Your Ideas on the Product Canvas
Reordering ideas in Product View involves simple drag-and-drop functionality. Ideas can move within the same Section (such as prioritizing workflow order) or across Sections (such as transitioning from Now to Completed).
Beyond roadmap organization, prioritize ideas through Status and Theme views. Examples include organizing all hardware improvements via Theme view or grouping all Product Definition items via Status view. Both List View and Kanban View support this functionality.
