From the Leaderboard, click on the Wheel Icon located to the right of the Cohort Name and then select Settings.

On the Settings tab, you can manually enter the number of interviews you want to set for the weekly interview goal for a single team.

After changing the interview goal, the Leaderboard will calculate the Total Weekly Interview Goal for the cohort by multiplying the number of Interviews Goal per Team and the number of Teams. The Sample Team is not included in this count.
