LPG is an academic platform featuring distinct permission levels that control feature access across the platform.
Instructor
Can add Resources, Presentation Dates, and post on Team Activity Feeds. This role includes access to a separate Instructor comments section and private Instructor Chat that clears after sessions end.
Cohort Admin
Holds full access to settings and can view Instructor settings as well. Typically assigned to lead instructors or teaching assistants.
Cohort Mentor
Permitted to view all teams within a cohort and contribute posts and commentary.
Team Mentor
Assigned to specific team canvases where they can create activity feed posts.
Team Admin
Maintains full access to team settings for the team to which they are assigned, including changing the team name, and access to the Agent feature (where enabled).
Team Member
Can edit their team canvas by adding Hypotheses, Evidence, and Activity Feed Posts. Cannot access Instructor Comments on the Presentations page or view private team canvases belonging to other teams.
